❓ Frequently asked questions

What does the extension do?

It shows the TOP-30 most active USDT perpetual futures coins: price change, open interest, volume spike, funding, buy/sell pressure and ATR-based trading levels. The list refreshes every 60 seconds while the popup is open.

The popup shows “Unable to get market data”

The data server may be temporarily busy or your connection was interrupted. Close and reopen the popup after a minute. If the problem lasts longer, send us a message below with the time it happened.

Does the extension need an account or API keys?

No. There is no sign-up, no login and no API keys. Just click the toolbar icon.

What data does the extension collect?

None. It does not collect, store or sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How are the trading levels (Entry, Stop, T1–T5) calculated?

Levels are calculated automatically from the current price and ATR (Average True Range). They are technical reference levels with a fixed 1:5 risk/reward layout, not a guarantee of future price movement.

Why does a signal differ from what I see on the exchange?

Data is cached for a short time (up to about 45 seconds) to keep the service fast, and the scanner uses 5-minute and 15-minute windows. Small differences are normal.

How do I install or remove the extension?

Install it from the Chrome Web Store with “Add to Chrome”. To remove it, open chrome://extensions, find “Altcoin Signals — Crypto Futures Scanner” and click “Remove”.
